Carton Seal Applicator (MPI)

The Carton Seal Applicator applies a seal or narrow long label overhead on a meat carton and then rolls it down the side. Depending upon the export market and country requirements, one or two seals are required on each carton. Australia requires two seals for some countries (e.g. European Union, Canada) whilst New Zealand requires one per export carton. Two separate applicator heads are needed where two labels are required on opposite ends of the carton.

Carton Seal Applicators are an example of an industry type requirement and one that Triton can supply with or without our Manufacturing Execution Solution (MES).
