The front of the device has a large 5.5-inch full-touch coloured display screen.

The scan status LED indicates the read status of the imager when scanning a barcode. It has two colours (green and red) and three modes. These are.
- Steady Green – Barcode has been read accurately

The Notification LED is a small LED that provides visual cues indicating battery life and barcode scanner notifications. It can display different colours depending on the status.

The back of the device features a laser safety label location, a 13-megapixel colour camera with flash, a speaker, a microphone port, a battery cover latch and an openable battery compartment cover.
When you open the battery compartment door, you’ll find a replaceable Li-ion 4500 mAh rechargeable battery. Removing the battery grants access to the nano-sim and/or microSD card slot.
Top View
On the top of the device, you will find an imager window (LED / laser aperture).
The imager window houses the scan engine, which generates and receives the scan beam, enabling the device to read barcodes at different angles.
Side View
On the left side of the scanner, you will find two buttons – a power button and a scan button. The power button is used to turn on or off the mobile computer, while the scan button allows you to trigger scans without touching the screen or using voice commands.
On the right side of the scanner, you will find two buttons – a volume button (up and down) and another scan button. The volume up/down buttons allow you to adjust the sound of notifications and other audio feedback from the device.
Bottom View
The bottom of the speaker differs depending on the model.
If you’ve chosen the 6-pin I/O connector model, you’ll find a six pin I/O connector on the bottom. These connectors are used to attach the device to a charging station or cradle.
If you have opted for the 2-pin I/O connector model, you’ll find two pins I/O connector and a USB Type C port on the bottom. The USB type C port can be used for charging and connecting the device to a host device such as a laptop or desktop computer. To charge the device via the USB type C port, ensure the host device can provide a minimum power output of 5 V, 0.5 A to the mobile computer.
Note – If the mobile computer is drawing more current than supplied by the charging source, charging will not take place.
