How to start your RMA:
- Complete the RMA Form: To initiate a return, please click on the button or scan the QR code below with your mobile device to complete the RMA form. This form is essential for us to process your request quickly and accurately.
- Avoid Admin Charges: Ensure that the RMA form is completed before sending any hardware to our depots. Returns sent without a completed form will incur a $100 administration charge to cover additional processing costs.
